Fucking hell if I don’t get more hits on this site from “boys kissing” then anything else! If all you people who search for “boys kissing” or “emo boys” would buy my book, I could quit my day job. Then I’d have the time to write more stories about kissing boys. And shit, if you like looking at boys kissing then you will most likely enjoy my book anyway. Rough, but not too bad. I almost lost the book I am working on again! Now I have no computer, but I am carrying around a 300gig hard drive and eventually it will find a new home. I’m saving up for a laptop so I can be more mobile. Although the idea of writing in a coffee shop or something is very foreign to me so I don’t think I will take it that far. But alas, winter has reached sunny LA and that means big waves and cold water and I have four wetsuits that combined are like thirty years old which is quite old in wetsuit years…so I am needing to decide between surfing and writing. Let me give you a hint on what’s going to win… Some people can make a living doing it. That’s right, surfing! I think I will spend my hard earned dollars on an expensive rubber suit and put the writing on paper for a little while or do it at the library. Oh, yesterday I walked by Dennis’ old apartment and it looks so spruced up and yuppie like now. It’s lost all is darkness…sad. Our neighborhood has become gentrified!

me again, just checking out your blog! i’m guessing that (like me) you’re majorly busy, huh matty? really hope everything’s going well for you and that you don’t lose your book (that would be a major disaster!) my book’s going ok … not! i’m just getting no time whatsoever to work on it, it really sucks. i so need to pull my finger out or the publisher i want to go with will lose interest, and that would suck so much! but otherwise things are going ok. but i’m SMOKING. i’m so disappointed in myself! i’d given up for 20 months and then i goddamn started again. what an IDIOT. anyway, i’m just stopping by quickly to say ‘hi’. lots of love, nicki xxx
